New Sidecar racing Boot for 2010

 

After an intense period of design & research the 151's specialist sidecar racing boot is now available direct from London, UK from Cameron Racing. The boot is constructed of a very supple leather upper and has a purpose made "zoomentarris" flexible rubber sole which wraps up the heel section. The heel, toe and outer ankle also have inserts for added protection but without affecting the comfort or flexibility needed for the extremes of a sidecar driver or passenger.

Each pair is handmade

Fastening is via an inside leg zipper covered neatly with leather fold held in place by strong velcro.

A pair of average size 151's boots is an astonishing light weight 685g but with more protection than other leading sidecar boot suppliers.

It has been agreed that already 151's will be worn by many of the top sidecar teams in the World.

 A simple but space and weight saving protector for those tight race suits (this product is strap free). Manufactured with the racer in mind. A minimal restrictive protector but allowing protection and piece of mind. Injection molded panels backed by high density foam. 151's Compression Race Top: 

 

 

Designed and tested by Rob & Andy 

(modeled by the one and only "Coxy" who still can't keep away from the gym!).

These tops were first used by Rob during his World Championship campaign they are designed in such a way to enhance performance in all sports, to allow leathers/racing suit to glide over the contours of your body in all conditions and allow natural body sweat to disperse.

What is Compression Clothing?

There are a few different technologies available in the 151's Compression Tops,  to explain how these help your racing performance, the muscles are designed to work in a linear fashion, up and down, left to right and so on. But, when we participate in racing or sport, they move around a lot more through knocks and race vibration, losing some energy in the process. The 151's compression top keeps the muscle in its best position to ensure more of the energy the muscle expels is in the right direction.

One aspect which is common to all the 151's compression tops is that it helps to keep the body at its optimum temperature during sport, which again ensures your body and muscles are more comfortable and ready for the next challenge. By keeping you dry, and keeping air flowing, your feel brighter and as a result, can give 100% start to finish.

The 151's compression top do this in winter and summer so you can wear one while racing all year round. An extra layer in summer doesn't quite sound right, but by quickly drying sweat and keeping the skin dry, 151's compression top actually helps you feel cooler as you work harder.

151's Short race glove

Cameron Racing can supply a stylish value for money race glove BUT only have a small stock of 300 pairs so they will not last long! These gloves have a Velcro fastener on the inner wrist made from leather & other materials with Kevlar. Grip section to palms for a firm grip/protection but thin enough to enable precise control. Vents to fingers with composite molding over knuckles, airtex leather panels.
